Stary Kebezen (Russian: Старый Кебезень; Altay: Эски Кебезен, Eski Kebezen) is a rural locality (a selo) in Turochaksky District, the Altai Republic, Russia. The population was 149 as of 2016.[2] There are 4 streets.
