Stage Tour
Stage Tour is a 2026 rhythm game developed and published by RedOctaneGames for current generation consoles, and is being developed to be a spiritual successor to both the Guitar Hero and Rock Band franchises while also aiming to be a standalone game in order to be a long term platform. Originally announced for a Fall 2026 release, Stage Tour is set to be released during the Holiday 2026 season with both digital download codes, and traditional Instrument + Game bundles and Full Band in the Box bundles. The game is set to feature traditional controls comparable to both the Guitar Hero and Rock Band series, including guitar and bass peripherals, both of which are renamed to Lead and Groove for the game to enable alternate-charting (where if there is no prominent guitar or bass, the game will have a differing notable part of the song added, whether its piano, strings, etc.), a drumming peripheral, vocal support and also introducing a stylized game pad mode that was first introduced in Fortnite Festival.
