Narayan Rupini (1947 – 24 December 2022) was an Indian politician from Tripura. He was the first chairman of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council.[1] He served as a cabinet minister in the Government of Tripura from 1998 to 2013. Rupini was a member of Tripura Legislative Assembly for three consecutive terms from 1998 to 2013 representing the Charilam Assembly constituency.[2][3][4][5] He also served as the President of Ganamukti Parishad from 2010 to 2016.[6]
