Michio Ihara (born 1928, Paris)[1] is a Japanese kinetic sculptor,[citation needed] educated in Japan[1] who was influenced by the work of George Rickey.[citation needed] His works have been on display at the Rockefeller Center in New York and other international venues.[1]
