Per the rationale here, please change the message to the following, which adds a note that the user may request a move:
A redirect already exists at $1, and it cannot be deleted automatically.
Please choose another name, or use Requested moves to ask for the title to be usurped.
This will also bring it into better alignment with the message at MediaWiki:Articleexists, which already includes similar advice. Cheers, {{u|Sdkb}} talk 17:32, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
