Maḥmūd ʿAlāmīr (Persian: محمود علامیر), also known as Masʿūd Davallū (Persian: مسعود دولّو) and by the bestowed title Ehtesham ol-Saltaneh (Persian: احتشامالسلطنه) was a Qajar nobleman, diplomat and constitutionalist politician.[1]
