Luca Podlech (born 23 March 2005) is a German professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Norwegian club Aalesund, on loan from Bundesliga club Schalke 04.[1]
Club career
[edit]Podlech trained with Schalke 04's first team in summer 2024 and signed a professional contract with the club on 2 January 2025, lasting until 2028.[2]
On 14 July 2026, he was loaned to Norwegian Eliteserien club Aalesund until December 2026.[3] He made his professional debut for the club in a 1–1 home draw against Viking on 26 July 2026.[4]
