Howzer
Appearance
Howzer is a 1973 American independent film directed by Ken Laurence.[1][2][3] It was produced by Philip Clarke Kaufman.[4] Laurence wrote the screenplay.[5] It was a U.R.I. Productions film.[6] The film's cast included Peter Desiante, Melissa Stocking,[7] and Royal Dano.[8] It had a two week premiere at the Whitney Museum of American Art in 1973.[9] The film was reviewed by the magazine Variety.[10]
Plot
[edit]The plot features a 12 year-old boy and a 14 year-old girl leaving middle class suburbia for a journey to Los Angeles.[9][11][12]
