Gee Canlas (born February 5, 1988) is a Filipino television actress, host, and presenter.[1] She has appeared in recurring roles across several Philippine television series, including Sinungaling mong puso, A1 ko sa'yo, and One of the Baes.[2]
Career
[edit]Canlas entered the entertainment industry in 2007 as a contestant on the ABS-CBN reality talent search program Be Bench: The Model Search.[1][3] That same year, she made her feature film debut with an uncredited role in the romantic drama One More Chance.[1][4]
In October 2010, she joined the variety program Pilipinas Win Na Win as a co-host under the name "Speedy Gee", working alongside hosts Rico J. Puno, Rey Valera, and Pokwang.[5] In 2012, Canlas competed as a contestant on the reality competition series The Amazing Race Philippines.[1] She expanded into digital media, establishing an online comedy hub known as "Gee TV" in 2015.[1][6]
As an actress, Canlas worked hard on GMA Network productions. Her notable television credits include the series comedy A1 ko sa'yo (2016) and the drama series Sinungaling mong puso (2016).[2][7] From 2019 to 2020, she portrayed Blessie Reynes in the romantic comedy series One of the Baes.[2] She later appeared in recurring roles on Pepito Manaloto: Tuloy Ang Kuwento and House of Lies.[2] Aside from television work, she co-hosts the digital audio program Say Wuht Podcast.[8][9]
Personal life
[edit]Canlas married Filipino actor and comedian Archie Alemania in a garden ceremony in Santa Rosa, Laguna, in October 2018.[10] The couple has one son, Caleb.[10][11]
In February 2026, Canlas indicated on social media that she was acting as a solo parent.[12] On March 3, 2026, during a broadcast appearance on the talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Canlas confirmed that she and Alemania had separated, stating that she chose to leave the marriage.[13][14]
