Ebeid (Arabic: عبيد) is an Arabic surname, commonly found in Egypt. Its spelling in Roman characters as such is most commonly a transliteration of the Levantine or Egyptian Arabic pronunciation of the name Ubayd, spelt identically in Arabic.
