I need help with my article Draft:Competency Demonstration Report. I published it before. It was declined. The editors mentioned that there were not enough trustworthy references. Now I have edited the article and have provided very strong and extremely trustworthy references (maximum government websites). Now, I think it is a good Wikipedia article. Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because we can see the article was first declined due to the lack of strong references. The the article now has lots of very, very strong references.

Deserve Wikipedia Article Space

The Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) is widely notable amongst global migrants, engineers, students and many government authorities of different countries world-wide. Australian, Indonesian, Sri Lankan, UAE and other govt entities allow Permanent Residency to non-accord degree holding engineers via CDR immigration route (pathway).
