Comment: Please remove all LLM-generated text; ideally you should start over by removing all text from the draft (without removing any review templates). We do not necessarily expect you to write perfect or polished English. If you need general advice or formatting help, see Help:Your first article and Help:Referencing for beginners. Note that merely rewording the existing LLM-generated text is unlikely to resolve the problem of LLM usage. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 21:12, 25 September 2026 (UTC)

Useberry is a SaaS company based in Athens, and founded in 2018. The company was formed to build a software for usability testing and user research. Currently the company offers a cloud based tool that can be used for both moderated and unmoderated research.[1][2]
History
[edit]Useberry was co-founded by two software engineers and childhood friends Vassilis Kirimkiridis and Theodoros Tokis.[1] The original name that they had come up with for their software was called HappenApp.[3]
In June 2018, Useberry, then known as “HappenApp”, won 4th place in the 8th Innovation and Technology Competition of the National Bank of Greece's NBG Business Seeds program.[3] Few months later in September 2018, venture capital firm Metavallon VC announced that it would be investing €200,000 in their company, now known as “Useberry”.[1][4]
Following the announcement of the investment, the co-founders had an interview in a leading Greek business news site to talk about their platform and their future plans for the business. They explained that they were building their platform to give software developers and product teams the power to test real user behavior before their products goes live.[4]
A few years later in 2023, Useberry was ranked in the “10 Greeks startups to watch” list of EU-startups, a major online publication that focuses on European startup news. Useberry was described as a B2B SaaS startup based in Athens that was backed by Metavallon VC and the capabilities of the platform were briefly explained.[5]
The platform has substantially expanded its capabilities since then to include live website testing on top of the prototype testing capabilities, as well as an option to run moderated research through live interviews.[2]
Platform
[edit]Useberry’s cloud-based software platform can be used for both prototype and website usability testing. It supports many research methods including first-click testing, five-second testing, card sorting, tree testing, preference testing, surveys, and moderated interviews.[2]
Users can import their designs from popular design tools such as Figma and ProtoPie for testing or run a test on their live website.[2]
For all supported user research methods, Useberry offers self-recruitment and Participant Pool recruitment options to its users as well.[6]
Recognition
[edit]In June 2018, Useberry (Known as HappenApp at the time), ranked 4th in the 8th NBG Business Seeds Innovation and Technology Competition.[3]
In January 2023, Useberry was included in the list of “10 super exciting Greek startups to watch in 2023 and beyond!” by EU-Startups[5]
In September 2026, Useberry was ranked 1st among all data analytics startups in Greece by StartupBlink, based on factors such as website traffic, funding, popularity, and team size.[7]
