History
[edit source]Tradify was established in 2010 to develop administrative management software for tradespeople.[1] In March 2021, the company completed a NZ$10 million Series A funding round led by the venture capital firm Movac, with participation from Icehouse Ventures and others. The investment supported expansion into Australia and the United Kingdom.[1]
In October 2024, The Access Group announced its acquisition of Tradify. Reports in New Zealand business media placed the value of the transaction above NZ$100 million.[3][4]
