Throungos (Census spelling: Thrangos) is a village in the Drass tehsil of Drass district in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. It falls under the Chowkiyal Gram Panchayat and the Bhimbat Block Panchayat.[1][2][3][4]
Demographics
[edit]According to the 2011 census of India, Thrangos had 51 households and a population of 413, comprising 211 males and 202 females.[3][2][1] The village had a sex ratio of 957 females per 1,000 males. The Scheduled Tribe population was 381, while no Scheduled Caste population was recorded.[3][1]
