Shipsy, legally Llama Logisol Private Limited, is an Indian enterprise software company that develops cloud-based software for logistics and supply chain management. Founded in 2015, the company is headquartered in Gurugram, India.[1][2]

History

Shipsy was founded in 2015 in Gurugram by Soham Chokshi, Dhruv Agrawal, Harsh Kumar, Himanshu Gupta and Sahil Arora, graduates of the Indian Institutes of Technology; Chokshi became chief executive.[1][2][3] An early angel round was led by Dheeraj Jain of Redcliffe Capital.[4]

In April 2016, the courier company DTDC Express took a 20 percent stake in Shipsy for over US$1 million.[5][3] A pre-Series A round led by Info Edge followed in November 2019,[6] and in November 2020 the company raised a US$6 million Series A round co-led by Sequoia Capital India's Surge programme and Info Edge.[7][8]

Shipsy raised US$25 million in a Series B round co-led by A91 Partners and Z3 Partners in February 2022.[9][10]

In October 2023, Shipsy acquired the warehouse-management software provider StockOne to expand its fulfilment capabilities,[11][12][13] and the same year launched an artificial intelligence assistant for logistics incident management called LIA.[14][15] In 2025 it entered partnerships with logistics companies including Aramex and the UAE-based e7 Group,[16][17] and in 2026 the company said it had crossed US$25 million in annual recurring revenue.[18]

Shipsy develops cloud-based software that enterprises use to plan, execute and track the movement of goods across their supply chains.[1][2] Its platform covers transportation management, warehouse management, last-mile delivery and route optimization, and multi-carrier management, and is used in sectors such as retail, manufacturing and automotive.[1][19] Its warehouse-management capability was expanded through the 2023 acquisition of StockOne.[12]

In 2026, Shipsy introduced AgentFleet, a set of artificial intelligence software agents designed to automate logistics workflows such as customer communication and invoice reconciliation.[19]

Recognition

Shipsy was positioned as a Niche Player in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Transportation Management Systems in 2026.[20] In Gartner's 2026 Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Transportation Management Systems, a report based on aggregated end-user reviews, Shipsy was named a Customers' Choice.[21] Gartner has also listed the company as a representative vendor in its market guides for last-mile delivery technology (2025) and multicarrier parcel management (2026).[22][23][24]

Shipsy is headquartered in Gurugram and operates internationally, with customers in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Americas.[1][9] According to the company, it serves more than 150 enterprise customers in over 30 countries and employs around 300 people, with offices in India, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Australia.[25]

Since 2025, Shipsy has been a member of the Consultative Committee of the Universal Postal Union, a specialised agency of the United Nations.[26]
