Rohit Arora is an Indian-American financial technology (fintech) executive.[citation needed][1] Along with his brother, Ramit Arora, he is the co-founder and co-Chief Executive of Biz2Credit, an online financing platform for U.S. small businesses. In 2017, he and his brother co-founded Biz2X as a subsidiary of Biz2Credit. Biz2X[2] serves as a fintech cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to banks for business lending in the U.S., India and the Middle East.

He attended graduate school at Columbia University in New York, where he worked with economics professor Jeffrey Sachs and graduated with a Master’s degree in International Business from the School of International and Public Affairs.[3]

Career

Under Arora's leadership, Biz2Credit and its Biz2X subsidiary received $52 million in series B funding[4] led by WestBridge Capital.[5]

For his entrepreneurial achievements, Arora was named New York City's “Top Entrepreneur” by Crain’s New York Business. in 2011.[6] He is a regular writer for Inc Magazine, where he writes articles on the state of small businesses in the U.S..[7]

Arora is a frequent speaker at major global fintech and financial services forums,[8] including the NYSE Interviews.[9]
