The Razavi Foundation (Persian: بنیاد رضوی) is the economic arm of Astan Quds Razavi, a major Iranian religious endowment (waqf) based in Mashhad. It manages the commercial and investment activities of Astan Quds Razavi, including real estate, industrial companies, and financial assets.[1]
The foundation is the successor to the earlier Razavi Economic Organization (REO), which handled the commercial operations of Astan Quds Razavi.[2][3]
Leadership
[edit]Since November 2022, the foundation has been headed by Seyyed Mahdi Sadidi, an Iranian economist specializing in capital markets.[4]

Through subsidiaries including Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Company and Saba Water and Power Industries Investment Company, the foundation holds a significant stake in the MAPNA Group, one of Iran’s largest engineering and power plant contractors.
