Presolv360 is an Indian online dispute resolution (ODR) company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Founded in July 2017, it provides digital mediation, arbitration, and negotiation services for civil and commercial disputes.[1][2]
History
[edit]Presolv360 was founded in 2017 by Namita Shah, Bhaven Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, who had backgrounds in law, accountancy, and insurance.[1] In 2019 the company was selected for Prarambh, a legal-technology incubator run by the law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.[3]
In 2023 a study published by the DAKSH Centre of Excellence for Law and Technology at IIT Delhi examined Presolv360 as a case study in Indian online dispute resolution.[4]
The company raised seed funding led by Omidyar Network India in 2022 and a Series A round led by Elevation Capital in 2025.[5]
Operations
[edit]Presolv360 operates within the framework of the Mediation Act, 2023 and guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the online resolution of disputes in the securities market.[6] It is empanelled as an ODR institution by SEBI and by the High Court of Bombay and the High Court of Kerala.[6]
Advisory council
[edit]In 2024 the company established an advisory council composed of retired members of the Indian judiciary, including former Chief Justice of India U. U. Lalit, former Supreme Court of India judge B. N. Srikrishna, and former Punjab and Haryana High Court judge Kannan Krishnamoorthy.[7]
