Noah Marbach is an American technology entrepreneur. He is the founder and chief executive of XShift AI, a company that develops artificial intelligence software for employee scheduling.[1][2]

Education

[edit]

Marbach attended Pope High School in Cobb County, Georgia, graduating in 2026.[1][3] He enrolled at the University of Mississippi, where he planned to study entrepreneurship.[1][4]

Career

[edit]

Marbach founded XShift AI while in high school, developing the product in under a year.[3] The company's software generates employee work schedules from natural language commands, accounting for employee availability, time-off requests, and staffing rules, and is aimed at restaurants, retail, healthcare, and other shift-based industries.[4][2] By early 2026 the company had its first paying customers, including a women's apparel retailer and a restaurant group.[4]

Marbach and XShift AI have been covered by the Atlanta news outlets CBS News Atlanta, WSB-TV, and WABE, the startup news publication Hypepotamus, the restaurant industry trade magazine FSR, and the Indian business newspaper The Financial Express.[1][3][5][4][2][6]
