JetFlo (legally Jetflo SA) is a Swiss aircraft-charter brokerage based in Meyrin, in the Canton of Geneva. The company arranges private aircraft charters through third-party aircraft operators and does not itself operate aircraft.[1]
History
[edit]The company was entered in the Geneva commercial register on 20 May 2022 as Jet Charter Solution SA. It changed its legal name to Jetflo SA in August 2022 and subsequently moved its registered office to Meyrin. Its Swiss enterprise identification number is CHE-330.952.651.[2]
JetFlo identifies Florent Sériès as its founder and chief executive. Before founding the company, Sériès held positions at business-aviation companies including TAG Aviation, Bombardier Aerospace, Skyjet International and VistaJet.[1]
Operations
[edit]The company's registered purpose includes providing services and conducting commercial activities in aviation, including the purchase, sale, rental and chartering of aircraft and other forms of air transport.[2]
JetFlo operates as a broker rather than an air operator. According to the company, it arranges charter flights using licensed third-party operators and requires the operators it works with to hold an Air Operator Certificate.[3]
In a 2025 feature about private aviation, the British magazine Country Life listed JetFlo alongside Victor and FXAir as online services through which travellers could search for discounted empty-leg flights.[4]
