Drayton Harbor is an almost entirely enclosed harbor located in Blaine, Washington. It is connected to Semiahmoo Bay through a narrow channel between Semiahmoo Spit and the Blaine Public Pier.

In 1841, Drayton Harbor was named after Joseph Drayton, who was the expedition artist for the Wilkes Expedition on the USS Vincennes.[1][2]

In 1995 the Washington Department of Health partially declared the harbor "prohibited" from shellfish harvesting. In 2017, after a partnership between local oyster farmers, Semiahmoo Resort, and the Whatcom County Conservation District, the majority of the harbor was reclassified as "approved" for shellfish harvesting.[3]
