Destara is a lifestyle companion app powered by an AI engine from contents managed and curated by British-Filipino Feng Shui master and writer Marites Allen based on her books and years of extensive knowledge in Chinese astrology for dispensing daily and monthly forecasts, advice and warnings to subscribers.[1][2][3][4]
History
[edit]Destara was announced in 2026 amidst press events related to Marites Allen's annual Chinese New Year predictions.[5][6]
Destara was Allen's second known mobile app project, preceded by a previous collaboration with Synergy88 Digital and ABS-CBN news publisher that yielded an astrology mobile app in 2018 and extended her yearly printed horoscope guide publications with AR (augmented reality) features in 2022 and beyond.
Features
[edit]Destara has been reported by the press as an "AI mentor that coaches you in your Destiny path using Chinese astrology Feng Shui factors". Allen in turn described Destara as an application that offers readers personalised advice from a compilation of information she regularly provides to clients as a consultant.[7]
