DYBA-FM (89.3 FM) FM Radio) Brigada News FM is a radio station owned and operated by Brigada Mass Media Corporation and owned by Baycomms Broadcasting Corp. Its studio and transmitter are located in JYC Building 2nd Floor, Near Gaisano Building, Barangay 2 San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. [1][2][3]
History
[edit]The Station Began In Mid 1998 as Bay Radio, As Mentioned By Other Sources and other sources, In February 2014, Brigada Mass Media Corporation Bought the company. It Upgraded to a 5,000 Watt Transmitter In 2017.[4]
From 2019 and Onward, The Station Reverted back to 3,000 Watts of Total Power Output (TPO) [5][6]
On 2021, Typhoon Rai (Philippine name: "Oddete") Struck the Transmitter They Had To Be Offline for nearly a Month. [7]
Programming
[edit]The Station Runs From 3:00 AM to 10:00 PM GMT+8 Filipino Time along with other Provincial Brigada Need FM Stations, Local Personalities often appear In Morning and Afternoon, With News And Commentary Shows.
