Compass Offices is a provider of flexible workspaces and serviced offices headquartered in Hong Kong. The company operates business centers across the Asia-Pacific region, including locations in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam.

History

[edit]

Compass Offices was founded in 2009 by Andrew Chung, who transitioned from being a commercial real estate tenant to a property manager in order to establish the serviced office business.[1]

The company expanded its operations across the region in the following years. By 2015, Compass Offices was managing 55 operational centers across multiple countries.[2] That same year, the company entered into a partnership with Microsoft to integrate and resell cloud-based services, such as Office 365, to its enterprise and short-term tenants.[2]

Operations

[edit]

The company leases prime commercial real estate to operate its flexible workspaces. In June 2026, Compass Offices was identified as the buyer of a full floor in the Far East Finance Centre in Admiralty, Hong Kong, acquiring the 10,800-square-foot space for approximately HK$167 million.[3][4]
