Anuj Kumar is an Indian lawyer, publisher and author. He is the founder of Legal Desire Media and Consulting, which publishes the legal news and analysis website Legal Desire and the fashion law publication Fashion Law Journal.[1]
Career
[edit]Kumar founded Legal Desire in 2012 as an independent legal news and analysis platform, and serves as its editor-in-chief. He later founded Fashion Law Journal, which covers fashion law, intellectual property and industry regulation.[1] His professional work covers legal technology, intellectual property, fashion law and media law, and he advises law firms and in-house teams on legal marketing and technology adoption.[2]
Books
[edit]Kumar is the author of A Practical Guide to Fashion Law, published in 2022, which addresses legal issues arising in the fashion industry including intellectual property, licensing and advertising.[3][4]
He is a co-author, with Mahipal Singh Sankhla and Kapil Parihar, of The Guide to Forensics and Indian Law: Investigating Crimes in 21st Century.[5]
