Comment: This article uses 8 references to the producer's own site, and appears to be largely AI generated, while also reading like a promotional history. The "Editorial approach" section is not unique and basically describes the concept of a documentary. Additionally this breaks MOS:BOLD. Submitter has also removed the template of the previous decline for NPOV. SuperCode111 (talk to me!) 04:23, 17 September 2026 (UTC)

Amouddou (Arabic: أمودّو; Amazigh for "travel") is a Moroccan documentary television series produced by Faouzi Vision for Morocco's SNRT and broadcast on Al Aoula.[1] It began airing in 2002 and is principally directed and narrated by Hassan Boufous.[2]
History and production
[edit]The project developed from the activities of a group of Moroccan cave explorers led by Lahoucine Faouzi. The group initially proposed a French-language series called Le Maroc souterrain (Underground Morocco). Its scope was subsequently widened beyond caves, and the programme was renamed Amouddou.[3]
Lahoucine Faouzi is the programme's producer. In a 2013 account of the production team, Cawalisse identified Boufous as director and narrator, Mohamed Koukam as writer, Abdelouahab Nainia as composer, and Hassan Elomari as a contributor to the writing between 2004 and 2006.[2]

Episodes initially ran for approximately 26 minutes and were later extended to 52 minutes. By 2013, 130 episodes had been broadcast.[4] The programme is presented in Modern Standard Arabic.[1]
Subjects and filming
[edit]Each episode is self-contained. Subjects have included Morocco's natural environment, wildlife, geology, caves, rural communities, crafts, cultural practices, religious heritage and historical sites. Episodes combine location sound, narration and interviews with specialists or local residents.[3][4]
Although most episodes were filmed in Morocco, the production later travelled abroad. By 2012, the series had filmed episodes in Iceland.[3]

[edit]The programme comprises 18 production seasons and 237 numbered episodes.[5]
