[edit]In 2023, Affinity Workforce Solutions acquired Career Teachers, an education recruitment company operating in England.[1] In June 2025, Affinity Workforce Solutions acquired The Protocol Group. Independent business publications reported that the acquisition expanded the company's presence in the further education sector and added compliance and safeguarding services to its operations.[2][3] In 2026, Affinity Workforce Solutions acquired Training Toolz. TheBusinessDesk reported that the acquisition represented the company's first expansion beyond its core recruitment activities.[4][5]
Recognition
[edit]In 2026, Affinity Workforce Solutions was included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the third consecutive year.[6]
