AHS Properties is a United Arab Emirates-based real estate development company headquartered in Dubai. The company was founded in November 2021 by Abbas Sajwani, the son of Damac Properties founder Hussain Sajwani.[1]
History and Developments
[edit]The initial business operations of AHS Properties focused on purchasing, renovating, and reselling residential properties in Dubai neighborhoods, including Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills.[2] In October 2022, the company completed the sale of three renovated villas located on Palm Jumeirah.[3][4]
In November 2022, AHS Properties launched One Canal, a residential building located along the Dubai Water Canal. The project was designed by architect Shaun Killa[5] and developed in partnership with Fendi Casa.[6] The company reported the sale of the building's penthouse unit in October 2023.[6]
The company expanded its residential portfolio in January 2023 with the launch of One Crescent, a residential building located on Palm Jumeirah.[6] Later that year, AHS Properties partnered again with Fendi Casa to develop a project named Casa Canal.[7]
In July 2024, AHS Properties acquired a vacant, 69-story building on Sheikh Zayed Road from the Commercial Bank of Dubai.[8][9][10] The structure, notable for its clock-face design and colloquially referred to as the "Big Ben" tower, was subsequently rebranded as AHS Tower.[11][12][13][14]
In May 2025, the developer announced another residential project on the Dubai Water Canal, designated as Casa AHS.[15][16][17][18]
