Consensus for describing synoptic problem in theory pages?

Do we have consensus for whether what the synoptic problem is should be described in the various theory articles? I've noticed that some theory pages describe it, and others don't.
If we haven't yet established consensus (and I don't think we have), then I suggest that a very short paragraph detailing the synoptic problem be put in each theory article, or simply a brief link that this relates to the synoptic problem, but not an long passage.
