Arthur James Harby (1906–1989) was an English rower.
Biography
[edit]Harby competed for the 1930 English team in the coxless four at the 1930 British Empire Games and won a gold medal with Francis Fitzwilliams, Humphrey Boardman and Hugh Edwards and won a second gold medal as part of the eight.[1][2][3]
He was an engineer at the time of the 1930 Games.[4]
