Allan Francisco Segura Medina (born 23 December 1980)[1] is a Costa Rican race walker.[2] He represented Costa Rica at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he became the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony.[3][4] He competed in the men's 20 km race walk, where he finished in thirty-ninth place, with a time of 1:27:10.[5] Segura achieved his best result in race walking, when he finished thirty-second at the 2008 IAAF World Race Walking Cup in Cheboksary, Russia, with the fastest possible time of 1:23:12.
