A WikiShepherd is a user who gently and benevolently shepherds entire groups of new editors and new aficionados into the vast Wikipedia ehabitat and ecosystem, caringly guiding them as they newly navigate the highways and byways of the vast world known as Wikipedia.
A WikiShepherd is the polar opposite and enemy of the WikiVampire, and can be hostile towards WikiWolves due to the latter frequently attacking their flock.
Also, a WikiShepherd may sometimes find it necessary to fight off WikiHarrier-Hawks, as these have a known proclivity for disputes, which is diametrically opposed to the nurturing nature of WikiShepherds.
