Scope

• The Graphics task force covers all storm tracks and images. This includes the intensity track, predicted track (issued by RSMC for current storms), and storm images (for current and dissipated systems).

To-do items for members of Graphics task force

• Regularly update images for active systems
• Regularly update predicted tracks for active systems
• Create and update intensity tracks for storms

Resources

• https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/ (EOSDIS Worldview) – Offers over 600 global, full-resolution satellite imagery layers available for download.
• https://www.nnvl.noaa.gov/view/globaldata.html (NOAA View Global Data Explorer) – Offers a variety of data sets available for download, including full shots from Suomi-NPP.
• https://www.avl.class.noaa.gov/saa/products/welcome (NOAA CLASS) – The NOAA's Comprehensive Large Array Data Stewardship System (CLASS), which offers a large range of data available for request and download.
