Delete - The article currently does not cite any sources, and I was unable to find significant coverage of Henningsen in secondary sources beyond an obituary in the New York Times. BasebalBugs has basically spelled it out, and your reason of "I can't seem to find any news stories about it " is a pretty sorry/lame reason to request a deletion. Which makes me think you didn't do much leg work before you decided to do a busybody action. In a simple google search, on the first page, I came across three non wikipedia mentions including one newspaper article (which happens to have a map).

  • It's included in Retrosheet's list of major league ballparks; it's referred to numerous times over the years in local and area newspapers; it's covered in that external link to a ballpark research site; and it's on that old bird's-eye view map. • Merge with New Haven, Connecticut#History if sources can be found that are independent of the subject or are about the stadium itself instead of one of the teams that used it. This stadium would fall under the guidelines at WP:NSTADIUM which redirect to WP:GNG. The article itself has only one reference to a stat sheet which serves to prove this stadium did exist, but it doesn't support notability. Going through the sources listed above, this New Haven Register news article is about the baseball team and only mentions the stadium in passing. The stats crew link shows stats for this stadium, but this website seeks to include information about every stadium that ever existed, regardless of whether or not it would pass wikipedia standards for inclusion. Similar reasoning for the ballpark database resource and retro seasons database, both have no real information beyond a list of statistics. The Yale Daily News article only mentions the stadium in passing and while it supports proof the stadium existed, it can't be used to support notability because it's not an independent source. In my own search, I found multiple sources mentioning this stadium, but they all failed either WP:INDEPENDENT or only mentioned the stadium in passing. Sesamehoneytart 23:17, 1 August 2026 (UTC)

• I added some content to the page using sources from Google Books: Players and Teams of the National Association by Paul Batesel, Major League Baseball in Gilded Age Connecticut by David Arcidiacono, and Green Cathedrals by Philip Lowry. I lean keep, but would understand a decision to merge; however, I think in that case the target should be New Haven Elm Citys rather than the New Haven page.
