Wikipedia:Talking text editor
Appearance
This is an essay. It contains the advice or opinions of one or more Wikipedia contributors. This page is not an encyclopedia article or a Wikipedia policy, as it has not been reviewed by the community. |
This essay describes issues about a text-editor which "talks" to users, or issues advice messages during edit sessions, but not show those messages in the formatted page. Some aspects of a "talking editor" have already been implemented, such as the initial edit-notice when first editing a page, to give advice about the page being edited.
