Sorry, this is a run on from my previous question here (now archived) but I wondered if there was a relatively simple way of doing the above? I mean, I'd really like the answer to be something in the realms of "Yeah, copy the folders to an external" or something; but things are rarely that easy  :) and i'm prepared to not understand the answer.
