Extra lines added

[edit]

I think this is a computer problem rather than something for the Village Pump/Technical page. I'm currently editing using FF 62.0 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 18.04.01 LTS. Frequently I find extra lines added to articles when I edit them such as here which I later removed here. Why is it doing that and how do I stop it? Android duplicating files, known issue?

[edit]

Is it a known issue that android will sometimes duplicate files? If so, how has Google not fixed this and what causes it? --Polyknot (talk) 10:08, 12 September 2018 (UTC)reply
