Provide centralised discussion for navbox issues
Work towards consistent functionality of navboxes throughout Wikipedia

Scope

WP:Navigation templates
Country subdivision templates, to develop a general navigational framework down to a local level of every country of the planet eventually, collecting articles into navigational templates on a given area and making wikipedia as consistent as possible in coverage.
