SpinLaunch Logo.png

|
This request for upload has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the submission text.
Description The logo identifies the aerospace company SpinLaunch Inc. using colored, stylized text-font, circles, and ellipses. Article: SpinLaunch Use: Infobox Used for: The logo identifies the aerospace company SpinLaunch Inc. Owner: SpinLaunch Inc. Website: https://www.builtinla.com/company/spinlaunch/ History: Company logo changed colors and may have slightly changed fonts, which could impact entity recognition. Commentary: The article does not directly discuss the logo, however, the entity name includes a common industry verb and, therefore, the logo’s appearance my help disambiguate the entity from the process. Portion: The full logo image is used to avoid confusion with other entities or functions. Low Resolution: The logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution. The lower resolution may help avoid copyright infringement for purposes that are against Wikipedia terms of use. Purpose: The image is used to identify the organization SpinLaunch in their Wikipedia InfoBox. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the correct organization. Replaceability: Because it is a non-free logo, it is unlikely there is free representation. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary. License: This work is copyrighted (or assumed to be copyrighted) and unlicensed. It does not fall into one of the blanket acceptable non-free content categories listed at Wikipedia:Non-free content § Images or Wikipedia:Non-free content § Audio clips, and it is not covered by a more specific non-free content license listed at Category:Wikipedia non-free file copyright templates. However, it is believed that the use of this work:
qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content and Wikipedia:Copyrights. To the uploader:
|image has rationale=yes as a parameter to the license template.Link To License Information: https://www.spinlaunch.com Author/Copyright Holder's Name: SpinLaunch Inc. Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: SpinLaunch , because the current image is on a white background, and this version is a clear background which improves the aesthetic quality of the info box on the SpinLaunch Wikipedia site. Other Information: Use of the logo is consistent with other brands in the industry with similar designs. Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.
