Refferal to FFD, as it wasn't clear if this was a creation for Wikipedia, or a reproduction of an existing map by the operator of the metro system concerned. If the latter then typically the copyright in the map would be held by that operator. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 08:31, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply

Licensing conflict, The license is PD, but that the text given on the file description seems to be a non-commerical license. No additional context given to determine exact status. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 08:35, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply

FFD referral as unused, (similar but not identical to commons:File:Nelly Bromley..jpg), and a dead source. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 11:30, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply

File:Heritage Action for America Logo.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Eugeneformerlyofsavoy (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Even if the bell is not enough to push this over TOO, which is debatable at best and therefore leaving it as fair use is the prudent path, the .JPG version of this logo is sloppy. A .SVG version (File:Heritage Action logo.svg) has been uploaded as a replacement. Majora (talk) 20:51, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply

The work is clearly simpler than some of the example TOO images, and it is preferable to have a copyright-free source than the fair use one that Majora submitted, as it allows for a wider range of potential uses. --Nat Gertler (talk) 21:03, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply
The source is the official website? The .SVG was literally extracted from the page source. So I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "copyright-free source". The .JPG version is useless regardless and should be removed. Having artifacts such as those produced during .JPG compression is never preferable when it comes to logos. --Majora (talk) 21:09, 1 November 2018 (UTC)reply
You've listed your file as "fair use", which means distributing it here is of less benefit than one (appropriately) marked "public domain". We can use the public domain one with less justification. There is no need to delete the other file, as TOO applies. --Nat Gertler (talk) 04:46, 2 November 2018 (UTC)reply
