- Keep - the photo on commons does not appear to meet the requirements of PD-Russia - which for an anonymous work like this one would require publishing before 1943.Nigel Ish (talk) 11:04, 6 August 2018 (UTC)

- Comment: a file with the same name was previously discussed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion/2013 April 16#File:Qazi Hussain Ahmad.jpg with the consensus being to delete it. I'm not sure whether this is the same file which was recreated. The admin who closed the 2013 FFD is ESkog, but he hasn't edited since March 2018. B, who also an admin, nominated the older file for discussion at FFD, so perhaps he/she can clarify. The old FFD might no longer be relevant since the file being discussed here is bascially seems like a non-contentious deletion per WP:F7; if, however, it's the same file and it's kept, then it might be helpful to add a link to the older FFD to its talk page. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:30, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
- Speedy deleted per WP:CSD#G4 as a re-creation of previously deleted material. This image was a different crop of the same photo that was previously deleted. --B (talk) 20:50, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
