Referral on the grounds that this appears to have been uploaded to Commons c:File:BBSOrganizationLogo.png by an uploader suggesting a connection with the school concerned. Whilst the license locally is acceptable, if the situation at Commons is correct, this is replaceable with a 'free' version. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 12:49, 30 August 2017 (UTC)

This non-free image is a rendering for a planned student center at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. The stated purpose is to support "[s]ustainability Initiatives taken by NC A&T State University".
