File:1979 Los Angele 9101338 0 0.JPG (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by MarcusPearl95 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This file's tags contradict each other. It is simultaneously tagged as {{cc-by-3.0}}, which is obviously incorrect given that it was taken from the NFL/Getty Images, and with a fair use rationale. As for its fair use claim, there is no critical commentary supported by this image. It is simply providing a visual for the 1979 Rams team. Fails WP:NFCC#8. NickContact/Contribs 00:42, 23 January 2016 (UTC)reply

If there is another tag that goes better with the image, I will add it, if not, I will not object to its deletion.--MarcusPearl95 (talk) 03:11, 23 January 2016 (UTC)reply

File:Stan Kroenke Rams 2012.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by MarcusPearl95 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The tags on this file's description page appear to contradict each other. It is tagged as {{cc-by-3.0}}, but this would be obviously incorrect since it was taken from USA Today and CBS Sports, which would make it a non-free image. If it is non-free, it would then qualify under WP:CSD#F7 because it is a commercial source where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary, and it is a picture of a person still alive (see Wikipedia:Non-free content#Unacceptable use). This seems to fail WP:NFC#UUI §17 in North Texas Mean Green football and North Texas Mean Green men's basketball, and also WP:NFCC#9 in Draft:North Texas-UTSA Rivalry. Stefan2 (talk) 17:57, 23 January 2016 (UTC)reply

File:TAPAD png lg green.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by CorporateM (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

I can't find any evidence that the company actually uses this logo. The company's website contains a similar logo but with different colours: http://www.tapad.com/wp-content/themes/tapad/images/logo-home-large.png Stefan2 (talk) 21:20, 23 January 2016 (UTC)reply

Evidence here. They have three versions of the logo. David King, Ethical Wiki (CorporateM) (Talk) 23:16, 24 January 2016 (UTC)reply
Thanks. Many logos have poor sources, and there have been a few occasions recently where I've come across a logo on Wikipedia which is different from the one on the company's website. Do you think that this is the preferred logo colour, or should we use one of the other ones? --Stefan2 (talk) 23:27, 24 January 2016 (UTC)reply
