I'm not sure if this is fair use, a different photo of Ahmed already appears in the infobox, and although the 9/11 comission's interest in him is expressed in the accompanying commentary, the license photo is not mentioned specifically within that commentary. The flikr source is PD, but this image is tagged as promotional. If the PD claim is incorrect, this image would fail as fair use because as a living artist a 'free' replacement could be created. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 10:33, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
I was given the link to this page via the artist's publicist. I will attempt to provide further information regarding the legality of its use within one week.Mstomasik (talk) 18:13, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
Digging a bit deeper with the publicist, I was informed via email that: "The photo was taken in September 2014 by Mark DeLong for a photoshoot arranged and paid for by Akillezz Records the company. The shoot was intended to yield images that would potentially be used but not limited to album packaging, album covers, social media use, website graphics, etc." The publicist uploaded the image to Flickr with the knowledge and consent of Akillezz Records. I will continue to research and provide documentation of this.Mstomasik (talk) 18:13, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
- The Flickr account was created in September (the same month as the one during which the file was uploaded) and there are few files under that account, making me suspect that this may be Flickrwashing. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:24, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
- I understand the issue clearly now. I have followed up with the publicist who in turn has discussed this with the artist who has placed a call to the photographer. I should have more info very soon(a couple of days). Mstomasik (talk) 06:20, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
- I received a message yesterday from Akillezz's publicist saying that the photographer will open a flickr account and upload an identical replacement picture. Please hold off deleting this picture if possible.Mstomasik (talk) 17:16, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

Per c:COM:ART#Photograph of an old coin found on the Internet, coins are subject to two copyrights: the photographer's copyright and the engraver's copyright. Per WP:FREER, we need a free copyright tag with respect to the photographer's copyright tag. This is not the case here. --Stefan2 (talk) 17:16, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

- Was it really necessary to bluntly nominate these for deletion, instead of simply notifying the uploader so that they could fix the issue? And why do you only question these type of files uploaded by me, but not similar files uploaded by others? Anyway the copyright holder states clearly on the website that all of its content may be used freely as long as it is attributed. Tvx1 19:56, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

- There was literally one image from an other site, not some. I have dealt with that one as well now. Can the deletion nomination be withdrawn now or is there anything else I have to fix? Tvx1 21:46, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
