Wikipedia:Developing Countries WikiContest

Countries classified as    "developing" or    "least developed" (full list) are considered. Articles from "least developed" areas are given a multiplier.

The Developing Countries WikiContest is a competition with a focus towards developing countries, played and won by skill of editing. The purpose of this contest is to encourage content creation and improvement in an area often underlooked by editors.

This year's contest began on 1 July 2026 and ran until 30 September 2026. The contestant with the highest score at the end will win! If you're looking for articles to work on or have ideas, see the suggested articles and eligible reviews pages. If you're in need of a review, list it at the review requests sidebar. For further information about what contributions are eligible for points, see the scoring rules.
