Arbitrator dispute
Talking directly to the arbitrator is the first step. If this is unsuccessful, and the dispute is unrelated to their duties as an arbitrator, please follow the regular steps for dispute resolution; arbitrators are not above regular policies, guidelines, practices, or community consensus. The help button for editor conduct issues can guide you to the correct venue.
If you have evidence that an arbitrator is misusing their access to non-public information or otherwise engaging in severe misconduct to the point that the rest of the Committee might need to take action, please privately contact an active arbitrator. You can use Special:EmailUser to do so. They will share the information with the remainder of the Committee (minus the arbitrator in question), and advise you on next steps. Do not contact the arbitration mailing list because the arbitrator in question will see your email.
