1. July 9 2026 editing AA just 2 days after a notice i gave them
2. July 10 2026 discussed on a talk page about an Armenian-related topic, which is disallowed per the GS
3. July 20 2026 restored an entire Armenia-related page after a warning
4. July 26 2026 moved the Armenia-related page he was editing.

1. March 21 2026 (from another user). the first warning.
2. July 7 2026 i warned them, on their talk page, long after they had already begun editing AA.
3. July 27 2026 a warning that came after another AA related edit they made.

• Okay. This is pretty bad, especially given the repeated attempts at User talk:Norik History. They have not edited since their discussion on the talk page involving CoffeeCrumbs and 331dot. A block at this point would be punitive. I'm going to give a logged warning about ECR violations, with a note that the next attempt to edit about Armenia or Azerbaijan will result in an immediate block. 3. 1 August 2026 Another editor notified them today (user disagreed, said it was just "linguistic" edit)
4. 1 August 2026 I notified them as well (though I linked to the wrong page). They disagreed with me.
5. 1 August 2026 They just reverted a notice about WP:PIA on their Talk page.

They made these 3 edits above back-to-back, despite being reverted by myself and another editor. I was not able to revert their last edit due to IRR restrictions.

• Blocked 1 week for ECR violations. Chao Garden, reverting WP:ECR violations is exempt from 1RR, and I have now marked the article properly as the section of it being under ECR. More specifically, I am blocking because this user ignored other editors telling them about ECR multiple times (march 2026, their 2024 edits) and have multiple blatant ECR violations in their edit history. The article here wasn't properly marked (since ECR on sections gets a bit funky), but the combative approach to the warnings is unacceptable. Sennecaster (Chat) 17:12, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
