Wellness Project is a Wellness and Fitness platform powered by LLMs built and popularized in 2026 by solo founder Bryan Barash.[1]
The Wellness Project app is available on the web, Apple App Store[2], and Google Play Store.[3]
The app focuses on bringing together disparate data across wearables, macro tracking, fitness tracking, lab reports, subjective wellbeing logs, body metrics, and others. It then provides an MCP for users to access their user-authorized data via their preferred AI assistants.
Wellness Project launched a direct, verified integration with the Google Health API for Fitbit and Pixel Watch data.[4] Wellness Project is listed in The Coalition for Health AI's public registry.[5]
