Thomas Paulus (born 14 March 1982) is a German former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He spent three seasons in the Bundesliga with 1. FC Nürnberg.[3] He joined Jahn Regensburg in 2015.[1] He retired at the end of the 2016–17 season[4] and became the manager of the Jahn Fußballschule (Jahn Footballing School).[5]
