Spare line

When placed in WikiProject banners, this template is followed by a blank line. I can't find the source of it in the template, but I'm sure it's here because it appears no matter what banner follows the Simpsons one. Can anyone take care of it? Waltham, The Duke of 21:10, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
